Refund Policy

1. Overview

IKAgency is committed to delivering high-quality AI-powered product visuals. Because all deliverables are custom-made digital products created specifically for each client, refund eligibility depends on the stage of the order.

2. Before Processing Begins

If you request a cancellation before I have started processing your images, you are entitled to a full refund. Reach out through my contact form as soon as possible after placing your order.

3. After Processing Has Started

Once image processing has begun, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Because each order involves custom AI processing tailored to your specific products, a full refund may not be available after work has started. However, I will work with you to reach a fair resolution, which may include:

  • Revisions to the delivered images at no additional cost
  • Partial refund proportional to the undelivered portion of your order
  • Credit toward a future order

4. After Delivery

Once deliverables have been sent and download links provided, refunds are generally not available, as the digital files have been delivered and cannot be “returned.” If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the delivered work, reach out through my contact form within 7 days of delivery and I will offer revisions or, at my discretion, a partial refund.

5. Quality Guarantee

I stand behind the quality of my work. If the delivered images are objectively defective (corrupted files, wrong products processed, or significantly different from what was agreed upon), I will either re-process the images at no charge or issue a full refund.

6. Free Preview Samples

Free preview samples are provided at no cost with no obligation. No refund applies to free services.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, reach out through my contact form with your order details and the reason for your request. I will respond within 48 hours. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment processor, and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

8. EU Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive. However, for custom digital content that has been created to your specifications, the right of withdrawal may not apply once processing has begun, provided you have given your prior express consent and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal.
